Scope: this policy applies to every order despatched by HENG PET SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. 202601035146 (1697241-D) to a delivery address in Malaysia; it records coverage, processing, carriers, transit estimates, charges and tracking.
Establishing Coverage
Two service areas are served:
Peninsular Malaysia: all states fall inside coverage.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak fall inside coverage.
Processing the Order
Preparation: each order is processed within 1–3 business days; weekends and public holidays are excluded from that count.
Notification: on despatch a confirmation email is issued to the Customer, carrying the tracking information for that consignment.
Estimating Transit
No overnight or next-day service is offered by the Company at present; standard transit is estimated as set out here:
Qualification: the figures above are estimates; courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather may each extend them.
Calculating Charges
Standard orders: shipping is supplied free of charge, irrespective of order value or of destination inside Malaysia; no hidden fee and no surcharge is applied.
Bulk and promotional orders: shipping on bulk or specialised promotional orders may still be calculated at checkout, by weight and by destination.
Tracking the Consignment
Issue: once the consignment passes to the courier partner, a tracking number is sent to the Customer by email or by SMS.
Monitoring: a direct link accompanies that number, allowing the consignment to be followed while it is in transit.
