Scope: this policy records the window inside which an order placed with HENG PET SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. 202601035146 (1697241-D) may be cancelled, the procedure for doing so, and the refund treatment that follows approval.
Observing the Window
Standard window: an order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and is then refunded in full.
Processing limit: after 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, the order having by then been processed or shipped.
Requesting a Cancellation
Contact: the Customer approaches the customer service team without delay, quoting the order number.
Verification: the support team establishes the status of that order and confirms whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
Settling the Refund
Method: where a cancellation is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Timing: 7–14 business days are to be allowed for that refund to be processed and to register in the account.
